1 — Enabling Works
We can carry out site preparation and enabling works including clearance, bulk excavation, and preparation of piling platforms. An important part of the enabling stage of any project is temporary works and we ensure our clients can get schemes into the build stage as efficiently as possible, by providing innovative value engineering and practical temporary works solutions.
We focus heavily on-site logistics and boundary constraints to ensure the solutions employed are feasible throughout the project life cycle. We engage with our clients to optimise material reuse and reduce waste generation during the enabling works stage.
2 — Groundworks
We are experienced in executing reinforced concrete substructures and basements, including all drainage, attenuation, services, underpinning and waterproof reinforced substructures.
Our teams are experienced in the installation of water-resistant concrete and membrane systems and have technical expertise in the design development of these systems.
We also carry our builders works and groundworks packages as part of retro fit projects which include, installation and adaption of existing underfloor drainage systems, access, and egress improvements to existing structures.
3 — Reinforced Concrete Frames
We have invested in proprietary formwork and falsework systems enabling us to provide a comprehensive design, supply, and installation solution for the construction of reinforced concrete structures.
We currently stock Trio Panel Formwork, GASS – Aluminium Falsework and Vertemex Edge Protection Barrier systems. This stock which is managed from our logistics hub in Hertfordshire enables us to plan, manage and deliver high quality reinforced concrete structures safely and efficiently.
Our in-house temporary works design capability allows us to optimise design and reduce waste on our sites.
